Sunday Morning Cinnamon Rolls of the Gluten Free Variety

Bob’s Red Mill makes gluten free pizza dough mix. I’ve never actually used it for pizza dough, but I have used it to make cinnamon rolls. The recipe is on the back of the bag, but I make a few substitutions for my nutrition brain (grape seed oil instead of butter and a flax egg instead of a real egg, though actually that one was just because I ran out of eggs).
I keep buying the bag thinking that I will make pizza, but then it doesn’t make it past the weekend, because what better breakfast is there than hot, steaming, freshly baked, homemade cinnamon rolls? The two of us probably should not eat this whole plate in one sitting… But then, Yummmm.
